About the event
Whether it be trauma, diet culture, societal pressures, toxic relationships, or simply the experience of living as a woman-- so many of us have learned to disconnect from our bodies. This can manifest in many self-destructive ways such as chronic dieting, substance use, unstable relationships, and overall emotional dysregulation. This workshop will support work towards connecting the mind, body and spirit to create whole-person wellness free from patriarchal and consumeristic influences. This workshop utilizes movement, mindfulness, education, and group support to achieve healing and paradigm-shifting revelations.
Hosted by Chelsey Dotson, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
