Service Description

Turn up the heat with SMASH (Sensual Movement and Spiritual Healing)! This choreographed dance and conditioning class begins with a short group discussion and then brings on the spice with uninhibited movement to hip hop and pop music (explicit lyrics possible). Created in our hometown by Chelsey Dotson, licensed clinical social worker, this class is a sexy and sweaty call to the feminine. We are going to shake it hard, and we are going to feel great doing it! Bring your tennis shoes and a yoga mat. Half of the class is done standing with some cardio / impact and half is done barefoot (if you choose) on the floor.
